King Solomon Cards: An Angelic Message on my Doorstep

Today's cards blew me away.  This morning I was out on the porch doing something quite out of the ordinary (will explain in a bit). When I came inside, I changed gears and decided to pull my daily cards.

I didn't really have a question in mind, but I was thinking about how I had asked the angels for help recently and wanted them to show me a sign. Just a sign that they had heard me and were working on it. Something I would surely recognize.

The cards told me, in no uncertain terms, that they had just left me such a message!

The first thing I noticed about the cards was the abundance of the color blue. Then I saw the angel in the first card dangling a blue stone. Yesterday I carried a light blue Angelite stone in my pocket all day, to connect me with the angels!  This card shows me that the angels recognized this, and one of them is dropping something down for me. The card on the right shows one woman looking up toward the angelic realm, and another woman noticing something down on the blue ground, that came from up above. Something the angels had dropped on the ground as a sign for her to know they were there.

So what was I doing outside this morning, right before drawing these cards?

There was a blue bird wing left on our porch this morning. In over two years that I've lived in this house, this has never happened before. It was undoubtedly left on our doorstep by one of the neighborhood cats or raccoons we often see in our yard.  A bluejay wing. Something that came from up above. Now, of course I wasn't jumping up and down for joy, as my kids and I felt bad for the bird. But it was a rather amazing sign. And a wing... of all parts of the body that could have been left behind, it was the wing... the thing it shares in common with angels!

I turned to my Animal-Wise Tarot companion book, and the bluejay is the Two of Winged Ones (Swords). When my son discovered the bird, it was upside down. It wasn't until he turned it over that we saw the blue feathers.  So I read the reversed meaning for the card. Imagine my surprise when the very first sentence contained the word "dangling" which brought me right back the the first card I drew today, with the angel dangling a stone on a string!
"If reversed, Blue Jay is a reminder to follow through on what we have set in motion rather than leaving something dangling that will come back to haunt us. The reversed Blue Jay signals a need to make our choices. ... The blue jay, like all birds, helps us move between earth and heaven and can open up new realms and new expressions of our power and abilities."
The 'earth and heaven' bit definitely made me think of the angels.  It's apparent to me now that they are definitely working on my behalf. The oracle cards reflected the exact sign they had left me this morning. And following the trail of signs, the Animal-Wise Tarot says the blue jay is a message that my energies are scattered. I  need to make firm decisions and follow them through. I will definitely take that message to heart.
