Today I'm using the newly published Imperial Dragon Oracle. Titled an oracle, it's actually a 22-card Majors-only tarot deck illustrated by the artist who brought us the Dragon Tarot.
Today I drew the Lunar Dragon, Temperance and Love. When Temperance falls in between two cards, I always see it as meaning that I need to blend the flanking cards together in equal proportions. The Lunar Dragon reminds me today of doing magical things when the moon is out at night. Being in the waxing moon phase right now, it's a good time to focus on increasing, or intentionally drawing things into your life. The card on the other side of Temperance tells me what I should make time to attract... Love!
Several days ago, I bought a red candle to use for the purpose of focusing my intentions on what romantic notions I want to attract to me this year. These cards are telling me that now is the time to do that. A few days ago, Jupiter entered my house of true love, and will stay there for most of the year, so it seems the celestial time is right.
Temperance also made me think of mixing a potion, so maybe I will have a look through one of my spell books and see if I can whip up some sort of lunar love potion that will make me irresistible to just the right guy (and invisible to all the losers).
I like that Temperance shows two dragons, as this further emphasizes the unification suggested by the card.
