Again this week, there was an extra daily card pulled, from the Tarot of a Moon Garden.
Prior to this week, I hadn't worked with the Whimsical Tarot all that much. I originally bought it for my kids, and when I did I also bought a set for myself. This week reminded me of how much I like this deck. It delivers messages strongly, yet in a down-to-earth manner. I really like how the cards relate to a recognizable fairy tale or story, as it gives you something immediately familiar and comfortable to relate to.
At the time I purchased our Whimsical sets, I saw that there were limited quantities available, so I scooped up two additional deck/book sets. Unfortunately, this deck is now OOP (out of print), so I'm very glad I purchased back-ups. With four copies, I now have a set for me and each of my children, should they ever want to branch out from sharing, and have one of their own.
