Introducing a fun new way to donate to charity!Every Monday, I will be offering single-card tarot readings, and donating the proceeds to a charity which will be chosen by my children each week. See this post for more details on the inspiration behind this idea, and the types of charities that will be chosen.
Reading details
- Readings for Charity will be offered every Monday.
- I will be using the deck featured on my blog that week.
- One question per reading.
- One card will be drawn for your inquiry.
- Readings will be emailed (no card images included).
- $10 per single-card reading.
- Please don’t ask a Yes/No question. Think more along the lines of…
“What do I need to know about _____?”On Tuesday mornings, I will discuss with my children how much money they have to donate, and they can decide which organization to contribute to. I will update the blog every week with the charity chosen by my children, so you know where you have helped make a difference!
“What should I focus on this week/month?”
“What do I need to release in my life?”
“Where do I need more balance in my life?”
“What does the universe want me to know right now?”
"What can I do to better this area of my life?" ...etc.

I think the participation of your children makes it all the more special because you are permitting them to share your "5 stars idea". It will teach them money management skills but most importantly discernment (one of the lessons of the Lovers card).

Thank you Joz! My children are always asking me for ways they can help save the environment and animals, and they're passionate about reusing and recycling. So they are very excited about having another way to reach out and do more! :)

What a wonderful idea! Thinking of doing the same back here! Thanks for the great tip! However, I hate to be a spoilsport or anything - but how do you plan to ensure that people trust that you do not put the money in your own pocket? Maybe it is me being a pessemist but there are so many scammers out there:( Will you live on your good faith only= Anyway! A real good luck to you and your children!
Wow, Anna, that really took me by surprise. I don't believe I've ever had anyone question my integrity before. I guess since it would never be my intention to do something horrible like that, it never crossed my mind that someone would think that. You get in life what you put out there, so I suppose to answer your question, as I come from a place of honesty and genuinely wanting to do good, I believe I will only attract those who are aligned with this same energy. And those who are mistrustful won't be drawn to me. In my experience, this is how life works, and I'm very glad for it! :)
